One of the best ways to beat the heat of Belize is the consumption of copious amounts of ice cream from Paradice Cream in San Pedro town.
I found this flower amongst the ruins at Tulum. An image search has not revealed its name. Feel free to post its name in the comments if you know it.

The Tulum (which means “wall” in Yucatec Maya) ruins stand on seaside cliffs with the idyllic Caribbean sea gently washing over the limestone rocks and white sand beaches.
